TSC Supply was engaged to procure and engineer prefabricated steel components for the client’s new storage warehouse. The warehouse structure measures 48m (length) x 18m (width) x 11m (height).

Materials we procured:

• Structural steel columns and beams (H-beams or I-beams)
• Roof trusses and rafters
• Purlins and girts (Z or C section)
• Steel wall and roof cladding sheets (galvanized)
• Base plates and anchor bolts
• Bracing systems (cross bracing, knee braces)
• Steel doors (roller shutters and personnel access doors)
• Windows (aluminum or steel-framed)
• Insulation (glass wool, rock wool, or PU panels)
• Fasteners (bolts, nuts, screws, washers)
• Rainwater goods (gutters, downpipes)
• Ridge caps and flashing
• Concrete foundation bolts and sleeves (supplied to suit steel frame)
• Skylight panels (optional for natural lighting)
• Paints or galvanization (anti-corrosion treatment)
